While state through central banks and other organisations is responsible for managing, control and regulating. Besides the state responsibility, we are also responsible for our individual actions that will collectively cause economic burden, like spending more than we earn, financing our life styles on credit, lacking of Saving and investing. So the economic crises is a results of all involved in the economic cycle. The reason that each one of us doesnt want to accept their responsibility makes the situation hard to solve.
