As with anything that's even-slightly-possibly dangerous, 'crazy-stoopids' will hurt themselves with it; but with the state-governments advertising that the 'crazy-stoopids' should stoopidly keep playing the craze ... I guess I'm saying that--like they have Public-Service Announcements (PSAs) saying you shouldn't play on electrical-lines like they're a jungle-gym--they oughta have PSAs saying you shouldn't play the state-lottery with money you have to use on food- & other survival-items!
