No matter you are a fresh staff or senior staff, you may face a lot of problems on job, and much pressure from the work, such as tight deadlines, strained relationships, few promotional opportunities and so on, all this kind of things may cause you unhappy. However, according to the research, one’s emotion state can greatly affect his health and other people’s emotion around him.
If you want to change this situation, you have to make sure the questions below:
1.How much you like the work you do?
2.How motivated are you with your work?
3.How do you cope with the day to day routine office work?
A survey has found that almost half of the people dissatisfied with their jobs in the world, this situation means that they are either apathetic about finding what they really love doing or they are resigned to being this situation.
We cannot deny that work is a major part of our life, whether we are satisfied or not, we have to live with it, so why not be happy when you are working?
Here are some simple tips JC Display provide us to enjoy our current job.
1.You must have a positive attitude towards your work, no matter what bad happens, you should understand that you can learn a lot from these experiences.
2.Be kind to the people around you, even though you may be hurt by them, please forgive them , so that you will have a good relationship.
3.Concentrate on the task at hand. Do not worrying about all the other things to be done or losing energy over the undesirable situation you find yourself in.
4.Last but not least, switch off once you leave work. See your work as a game., your aim is to pass the game no matter how hard it is.

Thanks for your sharing. Those suggestions are helpful for the person who has a negative attitude about work. We can't escape from it, so accept it. I just owned my job for several months, at the beginning, I was really upset, because it's far away from what I thought about jobs, and it had a huge gap between the college life. But now I have already made the sense that it's just a normal thing in life, no one will pay for your dissatisfaction or doubts.

Change is not a simple thing it is a law of nature. But I want that the work that is entrusted to us that should not be done half heartedly.
The times are changing and we should also change ourselves with the times.Only the beginning is difficult.
Thanks a lot.

Have noted you lived in Japan, in order to learn Japanese I have watched many Japanese drama, and I think Japanese do have a very good work attitude. As a fresh staff, I remembered a quote from a Japanese drama, nobody can have ownership to work when he/she just enter the society, we all learn to build it.
