World will continue to experience conflicts and clashes as long as there is inequality and ill-distribution of wealth beyond certain level. We are living in time in human history, where there is severe inequality as far as wealth and quality of life is concerned. Whether it is an uprising of terrorism in Afghanistan and Pakistan or it is a case of Naxalite in certain parts of India or be it uprising of Boko-Haram and Al-sabab in African continent. It is more prominent now, as world has become a close-nit society as a result of tremendous advancement in information and digital technology.
As the time goes by, it will be more and more difficult for the governments and rulers world over to contain and control the section of societies deprived off the basic needs of human beings i.e. Food, Health, Cloths and Shelter. A huge amount of money is being spent today to curb disturbances and conflicts arising out of such social and economic inequality. There does not seem to be a quick solution to this problem. However, this can be effectively solved through a collective approach by all the nations, particularly wealthy ones.
There is no alternative to a collective initiative to tackle poverty, mal-nutrition, lack of education among a large sections of world population. We should not expect only governments and NGOs world over to take up this challenge, but wealthy individuals should come forward to help those less fortunate. Let us hate poverty, not the poor. LET US ELIMINATE INEQUALITY AND NOT WIDEN IT.
