When a guy ignores you..

There is this guy that I really love. He is different, funny, charming and very mature. We talk mostly on the phone as he lives a couple hours away. We made plans to meet one on one but that hasn't been fulfilled as yet. However, we were at a venue together last Sunday and we barely talked because I had a lot doing on the day at the ceremony. I deliberately bumped into him and he smiled and was saying sorry. But for some reason I got really nervous and walked away. From that day since he hasn't been returning my calls nor answering them. I don't know what to think. I am giving him some time to cool off. I am wondering if its over because he is a very confident guy and doesn't like wasting time with girls when he gets turned off. I am not sure how to handle it..whether I should call him again or move on....
