SHOULD WE CHECK A MAN BY HIS QUESTIONS OR BY HIS ANSWERS ?

Today we know a person by his jokes. Some person take interest in good jokes but some persons like vulgar jokes. Some persons ask questions of high level and some persons ask the questions of very low level.In my opinion man should be checked by his questions not his answers.

We should know a man by his quetions when 
someone is trying to over dominate us & should be judged by his answers during the time he is tested upon his presence of mind..:)

Thanks a lot for a good comment. There are many question some of them are funny, some childish, some full of wisdom and some full of folly.
The fools may ask such questions even the wisest can not answer.
