Would you post some easy phrases in Spanish that I (we) could learn?

I grew up in Southern California, and know a smattering of Spanish, but I have forgotten most of it. Would you help me out and post some short easy phrases, everyday stuff, things that I can practice on, to get back into the habit? I have noticed that all the "learn Spanish" courses are about learning Proper Spanish, the kind they speak in Spain... hardly useful here in the U.S., Ya think? Thanks!

Hi! Here are a few introductory phrases. I hope it helps a bit. I don’t know if the accents will work properly when I post this.

Buenos Días – Good day
¿Cómo estas (tú)? – How are you?
Me llámo … - My name is …
¿Cómo te llamas? – What is your name?
Tengo … años – I am … years old.
Adiós – Goodbye
Buenas tardes – Good evening
Hasta mañana – Until tomorrow
