Welcome to MyLot! You may find that the Guide below is helpful.
Your English seems to be quite good already.
"I need some encourages" should be "I need some encouragement". "Courage" is a noun and the verb "To encourage" means "to [give] courage [to someone]. When you 'encourage' someone, you "[give] encouragement" (it's a collective noun, so it doesn't really have a plural). The following sentences are all correct English:
"My English is not perfect, but I have the courage to improve it." ('courage' is a noun.)
"I encourage you to improve your English." {'encourage' is a verb)
"You are encouraged to improve your English." (here the verb is in the PASSIVE voice)
"He encouraged me to improve my English." (here the verb is in the PAST tense)
"He gave me the encouragement to improve my English." {'encouragement' is a noun)
'"Have courage, Wei Ping! You will improve your English with practice!", he said, encouragingly' (this is quoted speech and 'encouragingly' is an adverb which describes how it was said.
The other things which I should mention are:
1) most punctuation (comma, full stop or period, exclamation mark, query, colon and semicolon) has no space before it and is followed by a space. Exceptions are: anything which has an 'opening' and 'closing' mode, such as parentheses, brackets and single and double quotation marks. They all need a space before the 'opening' mode and a space after the closing mode (unless followed by another punctuation mark), and no space before or after what they enclose. The dash [ - ] is another exception which takes a space before and after it.
2) The first person pronoun "I" is always written as a capital letter, though 'me', 'my', 'mine', &c follow the usual rules.

Welcome to mylot. I think you know English. You need to practice more about English. Try to read English stories/articles, as much as you can. You could watch English programmes on TV channels. You could come to mylot to start discussions on the topics of mutual interests, this will also help you improve your English.
