Is That True Antibiotic Can Causes Yeast Infection?

I have a lot of discharge and sometimes it hurts to wipe, it burns and itches, and a couple mins ago wen i pee'd it burned alot. any suggestions? the discharge is white but its not clumpy like the yeast infections say its suppose to be..this is my 3rd time having a yeast infection but ive never had the burning while peeing thing. Actually recently I've got cold and taking some antibiotic is that true antibiotic can make worst the yeast infection?
