have you cried when you read a book?

as of this writing, i haven't cried over a book.i like suspense books or espionage books.but most of all, i like to read the books of patricia cornwell, robert ludlum,michael crichton, tom clancy.do you know the author of my client?i forgot his name but i like his books about law and everything else...pelican brief is also one of his novels.i forgot his name but i like him a lot also.
