How does a discussion get "Resolved?"

It says I have 1 discussion resolved. what does this mean?

When you can make yourself satisfied hearing everyone's views fully about what actually you are searching for from of that discussion, probably satiated too and your heart tells just this is the perfect one and you will marked it resolved.

tricky question here guys!!! how do we know if it's being resolved---when we don't need to talk about it over and over again and discuss the same topic!
