Heart attack is the death of a segment of heart muscle caused by the loss of blood supply.The blood supply is usually lost because a coronary artery, one that supplies the blood to the heart muscle, has a blood clot, a blockage (coronary thrombosis). If some of the heart muscle dies , the patient feels chest pain in the heart. SYMPTOMS OF HEART ATTACK 1-The patient is clammy and sweaty 2-Restlessness 3-feeling the terror of death 4-dizziness 5-vomiting 6-crushing chest pain, coughing, nausea. In some young persons have heart attack experience no chest pain. In most of the cases people die because they are careless.We should be very careful about this fatal disease.
