I've been working as a volunteer here in our community for almost 7 years..2 years ago,I got promoted as the leader of the group that handles a lot of things such as paper works and thinking of innovative programs and activities and implement them..There's no day off in community service.You're doing a lot of things for people yet they dont appreciate them.Its a very tiring and stressfull job..Only a week ago when i thought of quitting and stay at home instead..The problem is that my coworkers specially my boss dont want me to..He said he'll talk to me to settle things when he came back from Thailand on Saturday..The thing is..I really dont want to go back there..but they will get mad at me for sure..What should I do?
