Chinese Zodiac
The Chinese zodiac features 12 animals in the sequence of Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. They cycle every 12 years, and each year is named after an animal. For example, 2015 is a year of the Goat. Many Chinese believe their fates are tied to the zodiac symbols in the year in which they were born.
