It is important to concentrate on your feelings of happiness and appreciate these feelings because there will always be days when something sad may occur. Feel happiness In your heart Fantasize it In your emotions Touch the things you love Don't let one pleasant moment Leave you Hang on to it As long as you can Don't take happiness For granted Because sometimes It will not Always be there

Happiness comes from our positive mind to the things but not the things,you have the choices to choose happiness or sadnsee,these are my opinions.thanks~

You are right about happiness. Happiness is state of mind. If we could condition our mind and tilt our thoughts in a positive manner, we would feel happy. Problem arises when we let the negative thoughts rule our mind and rather than feeling happy, we tend to become sad.
