Is splicing leadcore hard?

I want to start splicing, but not sure how. Is it hard and what would I need to start?

It might seem hard at first, but it is actually so so easy to do. You just need the right tools for the job and the know how. Have a look at this video it explains the proses step by step. Once you know how to splice leadcore, it actually goes really fast as well.
