Any one got SCAM before?

well, i felt i did. they called my husband offering a credit card they said they'll give him one if...it was a big mess. we had to give them $400 for the credit card, well thats what he had told us. they did a lot of miss leading. later on we found out the $400 wasn' for the credit card but for the travel package because they were a travel angency (which they neglected to say) we did a stop payment on the money and they didn't take anything out, then we tried calling them repeatedly and eventually i got the message of "this number is only for outgoing calls only"
