Meena can only have one father, so it is ungrammatical to say "Rohit is a father of Meena." because that suggests that Meena has more than one father. The correct sentence should be "Rohit is the father of Meena". Note, too, that personal names always begin with a capital letter.
The missing word in the second sentence is "name".
