Today, most of the students think that classrooms are boring and pure wasting of time because they do not learn anything from their classes. They think some learning is forced on us. But e-learning has filled all the gaps between them. Basically, e-learning applications includes web based learning or we can say computer based learning which is delivered on the internet or with the help of audio, video, CD, satellite TV etc. direct to the student. With the help of internet we can now able to learn any type of learning. Now it is easy to understand any hard topic with the help of varied teachers. Nowadays, elearning courses ontarioare much popular because they are providing many types of easy courses that can be easily under stable by the students. It is easy to get a lot of notes from other colleges and schools immediately via internet so all this type of learning are come in the e-learning category. Nowadays, it has beenseen that enrolment for online learning is increasing day by day in all over the world. In Ontario, e-learning is moving quickly to being a major form of post secondary education. A report in 2010 shows that 44% of post secondary students in Ontario were adopt all their courses online and this figure raised to 79% by 2014 till December. In the term e-learning “e” can be elaborated as exciting, extended, excellent, emotional, energetic and passionate and educated. Apart from the students, companies also use e-learning programs to teach their employees because they think this is the best way to grow the knowledge of their employees. Most of the IT companies require E-learning courses for their employees. Now, here below are two methods of e-learning:- 1.Virtual class Rooms. 2. Blended Methods. Virtual classrooms are the type of classrooms where participants and instructor can interact with each other via online, chat; messenger audio/video shows etc. A blended method is an old method of study or we can say “An old wine in a new bottle”. Some says blended method is an old technique but why we cannot use old technique in a new design if it provides an effective result. Most of the companies prefer Blended learning programs ontarioaccording to their requirement. This is the technique in which the knowledgeable person gives lessons to their listeners. It is the most effective and common technique of study.
