You can be a 'natural leader', this has something to do with your characteristics and you have had this from birth. Outgoing, polite people who easily make contact with everybody and tend to decide what to do when in a group have born leader skills.
However, they'd have to develope them to actually become a good leader.
It's the same like having a natural connection to children or animals, and knowing your way about them pretty well. It doesn't make you a vet, teacher, or something like that. You need to study, build experience and be convident about yourself.
And most of all: huge dosis of willpower and inner strenght.

yaa natural leader means wht... your skills... if you remember skills develop experence. one cant be a leader with his birth expect in political family they are born as leader. in an organisation you need experence, time knowledge,simplicity,willpower.. all this matters to be an leader...

i believe anyone could be trained and educated to become a great leader. Some people might learn the lesson easier, but all of us have the potential to be great.

I don't believe in leaders are born..they are born to be trained. Skills are being taught and can be learned through out our lives.
