Noise pollution is the undesired sound that is disruptive or dangerous and can cause harm to life of every living being.Noise pollution is different from other pollutions. The noise pollution includes stress related illnesses speech interference, hearing loss, sleep disruption and lost productivity. Most importantly, it creates impairment of hearing. Prolonged exposure to impulsive noise to a person will damage their eardrum that can make anybody permanently deaf.
Along with it, it may cause anxiety, headache, irritability, and nervousness.Feeling of fatigue and sleeplessness also effects the efficiency of work. The sound is measured in the units of decibels and denoted by dB.
The industrial limit of sound in the industries must be 75 dB.
To control noise pollution , the source of noise must be reduced. The vehicles, industries and different type of programmes in which loud speakers are used should be controlled. The machines that create damaging sounds should be used away from residential places.
General awareness should be created among the uneducated people. The continuous use of mobile phones is also harmful.

All living animal bodies have 5 doors which are open and help to feel the out side environment. those are tongue, nose , eye's , ear's and body(skin). among them most important part is ear's. when we are sleeping our ears are awake to out side.therefore it is very difficult to protect our selves with noise.ear's are trying to attract favorable noises to our self.but today we have to listen lot of unwanted sounds whether we want or not. it makes us ill but no body can feel that our minds are getting dirty and dirty because of those noises. problem is how to stay away from these unwanted noises. there are two ways. as you say try to reduce sources which are helping pollute the sound. and also there are simple way which any body can do alone. that is control your ear's by meditation. meditation will help to stay totally away from whole sounds of out side world and keep calm your self irrespective of where ever you are.

Thank you for the response.
You have suggested meditation as a solution to this problem but even during the meditation our ears are open and effected. Meditation can not be done everytime while noise pollution is there everytime.

No. I ll come in to answer step by step.first thing what is meditation. it is deeply concentrate our both upper and inner mind in to one only one fact.it can be breath, one thought,(learn about Buddhist meditation concepts) there are several ways to meditate.actually we cannot control our inner mind. we have to practice it over some long time. when we will do it totally correct during meditation all 5 door's which i mention previous post will be blind to out side world. we hear nothing.we see nothing, we smell nothing we taste nothing and our body feel nothing. so where can we hear sound. as example that is why some perfect monks who have practiced meditation can walk on burning coal, that is not only for monks everybody can practice meditation beginning with easy steps. once we are practiced well we can control our mind what ever the sound around us can not disturb our mentally concentrate. when people who have calm mind help have calm attitudes and they will love calm environment. and automatically they will give solutions to reduce unwanted sound pollution activities. today every body want's to achieve their personal selfish goals. there for no body think about environment. my personal feeling is whole world will be suffer for their selfish thoughts one day. before that we all have to get together and do something to protect world. meditation is one solution to make human mind calm and helpful to others.earth is still safe for us. but tomorrow what will happen to our next generations.

I agree with you but to some extent.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness.
According to Buddhism this is the most important thing we can do, and Buddhism teaches that it is the only real antidote to our own personal sorrows , and to the anxieties fears, hatreds, and general confusions that beset the human condition.
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind.Buddists meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration , clarity, emotional positivity, and calm seeing of the true natureof things.By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and the habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing , focussed states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experience can have a transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.
We have a body and the sense organs are above it.We have 5 sense organs eye, ear, nose tongue and skin. The mind is the controller of them. The discretion is above the the mind. And the Soul is above the discretion. And the Supreme Soul is above all.
