Why the weather can change my mood?

I am a girl who active in summer, lazy in winter. When it was sunny I feel happy and work very hard,while the rainy day make me hurt. I realize that I can't move my feeling follow the God. So I need to find some methods. Would you mind to give me some suggestions?
