how does one see the silver lining in a dark cloud when notbing is going right in ur life?

I never imagined that things would turn this way... The person who was everything for me and who still is everything for me will move so ahead in life that he can't even see me today. How do I survive this crisis... I had never ever imagined something like this to happen to us but somehow since we came to this new place in about a hear and a half everything has changed and I can't figure out how or why?
