How to loose weight in 20 days?

1. Wake up in the 5-6 O'clock morning.
2. Drink 1-2 glass of water.
3. Walk or run 20-30 min. then go to toilet.
4. Do Exercise for 15-30 min.
5. Eat after 1 Hr.

Does it helps? I want to loose weight but have no better method except for go on diet.
