With expertise in Human Resources Management, what sort of freelance business I can start?

I am an HR Professional and hold a Masters Degree in Human Resources. I would like to have your suggestions on what freelance job I can do with this expertise, and apart from my full time job? Some realistic ideas will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much for responding.

Approach smaller companies to do the folling for them: Draft employment contracts, create disciplinary forms, Draft code of conducts, Policies and Procedures, chairing of disciplinary hearings when required and available. I am currently doing the exact same thing and it works great!!

I think the first step is write , you can write when you are not busy ,after work ,or you have a interest to writer something;then you should take a part-time job on freelance.the third is actually take a freelance job if you really wanted.

In a way your question contains an answer. I imagine you can manage a network of freelancers,and or create a temporary staffing agency. Maybe professional headhunter.
