Has Bush lost it, or does he still kind of have it together?

The speech he gave on Tuesday, it really made me think of the dark side of Nixon. For those who didn't hear it, here's the text, compliments of the White House: http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2006/09/20060905-4.html

The question is Did Bush ever HAVE IT??? Frankly I believe all that nose-candy he did until the mid-80s fried his brain. His daddy and friends just bought the idiot child a presidency because it is so easy to get him to do what they ask...after all his brain is fried and considering he never made it out of the bottom 10% of any class/school he attended, there wasn't a whole lot there to begin with.

I just read part of the text. I feel it is a mix of propoganda and truth. I suppose he has to justify the invasion of Iraq in some way. I know I would be furious if someone invaded Aussie but I also do worry that the Islamist do want to take over the world. But I found it convenient that Bin Laeden left his notes laying around all over the place. I wish an Islamist would clear up this point on Islamic domination.
