How do you put on Velcro Rollers?

ive been struggling with putting these on, huge pink velcro rollers, i got two different sizes, huge ones pink and baby blue ones i have a blow dryer but they just wont stay. how do i get the bounce curls to last? i need volumen on my hair but dont want too much heat damage.
