how to learn english?

i want go to abroad,but my english is very poor ! escipacilly speaking ! what can i do to improve this?

Well, try watching some movies without english subtitles and see what you can understand. Do this test and see which is your english level . (I got 22, which means I'm pretty good at it) After you find out the results, you should start doing some online exercises for grammar and vocabulary to develop your english skills. It may take some time, but the results will be far more satisfying, I promise
