Retirement age and Education for Politicians

Everyone retires from work maybe except social work. Our politicians and social works are antonyms, so I think there should be a compulsory retirement age to all politicians. Say maybe 70 years?! And ofcourse they should also have an undergraduate degree atleast to enter into politics and also a course in political governance!! We should all voice our opinion on this issue.
