Killing of animals for religious reasons

This has been one of the burning thought in my mind why people go for killing of animals for religious reasons. No religion or no god or superpower ask one to take the life of another creature. I think in the way . Every one has been created by almighty and have equal right to lead his life in its own way.

it is so hard to explain,not only for religion,but alsosome tradition reasons,different regions have different tradition althouth they have the same religion belief
