This sounds like real good information about strokes. I never knew any of this. I did some of the things on this list and I guess I am fine. I know that a stroke can come on without warning or notice. most people just don't know about this.

Several members of my Mom's side of the family suffered from strokes and I wanted to be aware of the symptoms to be better able to help her. That started in the 1970's and I just decided to keep up to date on the information and make sure that those around me and the people that I love are aware of the signs of a stroke.
