A sad fact about society today!

It just dawned on me that I spent a lot of time online this afternoon sharing things on social media sites and am a little disappointed when people don't respond to my posts right away, especially when it's something important like the Stroke detection info that I passed on earlier. I'm guessing that this is true for many people. Social media is great, don't get me wrong, but sometimes it lacks the important element of immediate response and interaction that you get from talking face to face. What do you think?

Social Media is okay for some things. But lets face the truth, Facebook has seen better days now. It has gotten boring and people use it to start fights on. How dumb. There are other sites out there but I agree, no one seems to care about the real issues or something important.

I tend to be guilty about blabbing about useless stuff on Facebook. However, in most cases, I try to share informative and important information, when I can. I also have a Facebook page dedicated to sharing the virtues of kindness. I call it the "It'sCooltobeKind Campaign. I feel that kindness can be contagious and something that I am sure almost everyone appreciates be extended kindness.

some people on your account may be too busy posting what they want or they're responding to some one else's post
I really don't sit there and ponder why people don't respond to my post I figure they just wanna talk about what they want

Hi! I'm new.... but I agree with you... It's nice to get feedback about what you say.... Sometimes silence is golden, but other times, it's important to voice one's opinions.....
