Defensive Driving should be standard

Road accidents are caused; they do not happen by chance. The main culprit is the 'Attitude' towards the act of driving. The academic qualification or mere ability to drive without a single accident in years does not display driving competency of an individual. Experience makes a person perfect. This notion may not hold true in general in case of driving. It would be like saying - years of practice at roadside cricket can give you skills of a test cricketer. Driving in the true sense is an endless learning process. We need to put safe drivers on the roads.
