Just Healthy with Do some Fun

Hi all you can healthy always by just do these things which i have done always. First thing is do some running any time when you are not so busy. Walk in your home or work place. Second thing is Do some dips or crunches not more only little bit. Then drink planety of water. Fourth thing is when ever you are free then dance with fun this is always use full for your health. So stay fit and healthy by these simple things.

I'm allergic to water. It gives me the measles. I tried to run today but then I fell on my face and was attacked by small dogs. Exercise is dangerous. My doctor says so.

Ha ha ha, sorry to say but this is exceptional case for you because this is best cases which i have shared to every one and any one can try this. Why not try some dance with your friends or any one. This is also very health full or u can also try swimming.
