Power of Yoga compare to exercise

Hi all today i have mention some point in which i have described power of yoga. Yoga is very powerful tool for stay healthy and fit. In india u have see baba Ramdev and other several peoples who just do various step of Yoga and today in age of 70 he is so young and healthy. Now i have some tips of yoga which you have do any time when you are free.
1) Kapalbhati: This is Best yoga i have ever know. Just seat straight and keep high volume of oxygen in and out in stomach.
2) Anulom Vilom
3) Dhyan:

In last i have say that compare of exercise and yoga are not so good because both stand in different way and manner but yoga is very powerful because by exercise u can only make your body but by yoga u also feel like young and always feel energetic.
