1. Make a fresh body throughout the day
With jogging , the body's lungs will be filled with fresh air so as to provide a healthy life for blood cells in the body , as well as creating a good coordination between the soul and the mind . The mood will be better if our mind fresh so will indirectly contribute to the improvement of health conditions . And also , body movement involving all muscles can accelerate blood circulation .
2. Reduce Stress
Jogging in the morning is also beneficial in reducing the long-term stress and make your mind become more relaxed and at ease .
3. Enlarge muscle
Jogging in the morning was also instrumental in enlarging the muscles and improve body composition .

I'm not much of a jogger....but I LOVE walking. Sometimes fast walking, but mostly I like a good ole' stroll....even in the house.
