Pepper Jelly

I have tried two different recipes for pepper jelly. The taste is good, but they just tend not to jell. Anyway, that is where I have been most of this morning, in the kitchen. Other things I have done is make a strawberry soda pop cake, and make some hard boiled eggs. I always boil up the old eggs when I bring in some new ones. Oh, I have been to two stores. Cause I forgot stuff at the first one. So, nothing really exciting here. I guess I may need to start writing about the last two years, to catch people up.
