The internet is a place where information is unending. There are varieties of topics that you could search and find information about. Things that most people didn't have in the yesteryears. Come to think of it, the internet has the widest collection of information to the point of information overload. Yet, we can't really be 100% sure of what truths or lies are out there. So my question to you my dear mylotters is... "Do you validate information you read or see online? or do you just 'share'i it to others without researching first.""

I think of the Internet as sort of a 'hangout' (the adults' version of 'the playground')---Even though (I think I've even said ON MYLOT) that I hope it preserves our words like 'official records'---regarding our words as 'ancient texts' when the time comes. I guess I think of the things I read or write online sort of like 'comedians' stand-up routines'---they'll tell you 'ways you might look at things you see (in the news and in life),' and you can either take that as true or go see who else agrees or -knows. It's sort of 'The Truth Behind What Jesus Said to His Disciples' when He said "If two of you agree to pray for something, Our Father in Heaven will make it happen!" (I'm paraphrasing). That's the main reason people go to church when things are good; to verify that things are good (thus making them good-er )

If I find something interesting I try to cross control, get more details about it and find the original source (which is sometimes not easy). If I have a serious doubt about an information, I tell my doubt to the reader if I decide to share it.
