Cheap and best tablet except apple/samsung

I wish to buy a tab with minimum 1 GB ram screen of 10" in affordable price that is below US $ 170, and which must be quality one except Apple/ Samsung..now I am at USA and I have an account with amazon, suggest me good one for me.
