Story about a man name Joongki 20's] likes a women name Eunji, they develop a relationship soon & she and him date. She only date him for his mother's money, his mom dies & his dad quits job and becomes a different person [in bad way] so now he is not as rich, the women that he's dating now doesn't like him anymore but they still dating because she doesn't want him to be even sadder. Now the Eunji is secretly dating another man, in other words cheating on the other man. The new man she's cheating on with has a family, the mother of the family finds out & she is not ready to divorce & she convinces her husband to stop cheating on her & her family needs him. By now, Joongki found out Eunji is cheating on him but he needs to take care of his father who became a drug addict. Joongki helps his father become a better person but this is still not enough. The man with the wife confesses & breaks up with Eunji. Eunji becomes depressed with her life & how she's been cheating on Joongki the whole time. Oneday, the doctor calls Joongki & tells him Eunji got into a car crash & she now has kidney problems & kidney failure. Joongki is ready to give his kidney to her, only one kidney needed to save her so he donates his own kidney & she lives. The doctor states that she'll wake up after few days after the kidney implant. Joongki gets another emergency phone call from another doctor saying his father has lung disease & problems with his Bronchioles (respiratory system) & his father is going to die if nothing helps. Joongki gives (donates) his own lungs to his father so his dad can live on but Kind hearted Joongki passes away (dies) after this donation of lungs. But before that he knew he was going to die so he leaves 2 notes, one for father & other for Eunji. Eunji & his father feels extremely bad & very sad for their actions while Joongki had still been alive. They learnt their lessons.
