This is the first U.S, TV show filmed and produced entirely in Cuba. I love classic cars. I don't know a huge amount about them, but I love 'em. Cuba is almost a country that is frozen in time with it's car scene. Watch any street video of Cuba and what you see on the streets is a is mix of Russian produced cars from the 70's (sold at a subsidized price) and American classic cars. Since the embargo, car enthusiasts in Cuba (and it's a huge culture) have had to rely on a great deal of "Yankee engineering" to keep their cars running. What they have to do to keep these cars running is nothing short of red neck genius, and has garnered a great amount of respect in the classic car community. Anyone seen this show yet? What are your thoughts?
