Why do teenagers get so out of hand at their age. It is if you are talking to a wall sometimes. My daughter is 15

It is the time to decide their future, but their mind is not stable and they feel they are genious and they don't like to listen advice, they wont listen any ones advice, just they hear the words. It is an intermediate position in their life. It is the base ment to decide a good future for the pupil who are in teen age. Ofcourse i never listened my elders suggestions when i was in my age......But know i came to know the values of life and i have overcame many bitter experiences in life.

Teenagers are rebels. It's the hormone thing. They want to break free and do their own thing, not thinking of cosequences of their actions. I think all teenagers are the same really. they want to be independant and run their own lives. When the hormones calm down and their body physiology settles, they relax more and think more clearly. It's part of life i'm afraid. No offence to any teenagers on this site ok....

Because at that age they think they know everything but they don't. If I knew then what i knew now I would of listened to my parents more at that age instead of trying to be on my own. At that age you are trying to be more independant but you still need your parents no matter what. just talk to her and be open to listen to what she has to say
