Starting Each Day on a Positive Note

Each day I try to start off in a good way mostly in the way of my thinking. Even though for example the last two days I've had time to sleep in since the nieces have not been here, and, the neighbors insist on waking me up any way - I tend to try to push those negative thoughts away and still be cheerful.
It is important to do this when it comes to Law of Attraction which I will discuss a lot here in myLot! This is because our thoughts have momentum, they build up as we think about them. It actually only takes 17 seconds for a thought to build and grow with more thoughts, ideas, and usually feelings.
When we choose better thoughts then we have better point of attraction. Also it is important to know that once momentum starts on a negative thought it is very difficult to stop the momentum if not done right away.
So I try to choose the best thoughts that I can in the morning and hopefully through out the day. The more often I do this then most likely the more good that is coming to me through my point of attraction.

I do try to always keep good thoughts but there are days when the negative ones creek in. Each day I try to look at as new possibilities.

The good news is that you have the opportunity to start again each day.

I think this is definitely a really good way to live and a great practice to have! I've found that negativity tends to breed negativity and positivity breeds positivity. If I'm a very negative person starting from the time I wake up, I generally end up having a pretty lousy day and people don't want to be around me. If I try to be positive from the start, even when adversity hits (as it inevitably does), I find that it's much easier to handle and stay in a good mood. Also, it makes people less likely to want to hit me with their car, which is always a plus. :)

That is what the law of attraction is yep, just what you described at least for the thought part of it. It will always be that way! Good to know isn't it?

Very nicely explained. I too believe in the power of positive thinking. I must thank Norman Vincent Peale for it -his book Power of Positive Thinking.
