Say Hello Again to the Start Menu
Windows 10 reunites us with THAT Start Menu in Windows 7. Don't mistake it for a downgrade though as you have more options than ever before accessing your files and apps like being able to view and scroll through them in alphabetical order and access to additional options in the flyout menu. No worries for those who find the Tiles View of Windows 8 as there's an extra pane where you can add, resize, arrange apps and files and view them in static or animated live tiles.
Switch Between Tasks Easily
Windows 10 gives you the ability to switch tasks with more convenience. In addition to using Alt-Tab to switch between your Word Processor to your Browser and vice-versa, you can also click the task view icon located in the taskbar.
Browse Faster with Edge
Windows 10 comes with the standard Internet Explorer and a lightweight browser called Edge. Stripped down of plugins and barely necessary features, Edge gives you the browsing speed that IE can't. Edge has its limitations though like not being able to block ads and such.

I agree. It does somehow feel like Windows 7 again (with better GUI) which I have no problem with, I'm still trying to sync the Desktop with my Mobile Device running in Windows.

I ran the earlier builds of Windows 10 for many months and only recently reinstalled Windows 7 so that I could qualify for the free upgrade. The current version seems quite stable, but my overall judgement of the operating system is still to be decided.
I am not too happy with Microsoft Edge because it cannot be set to open automatically on your home page as other browsers can, or at least I have not discovered how to do so.
The introduction of forced updates is also a concern. Microsoft produce their own drivers for many hardware parts, which can often be of less versatility than those of the manufacturer. Windows Update will now automatically overwrite manufacturer's drivers and thus downgrade the overall value of some hardware. I feel that the inability to select which updates you wish to accept can be a real issue.
