I just had this issue and posted about it before realising this post is here. I find I can see where to reply on my phone and tablet, but have to hover on my laptop till I see where to reply or comment and that this only appears on the particular place I want to comment and not on comments or the post above. I am fine now I know, but spent the morning thinking I too had done something wrong!

Not sure what to say to that to be honest. I know late last night I was having some issues with pages loading, got some 404 errors and such. Today it seems to be working fine for me though, perhaps Mylot is either doing some server maintenance or the server was bogged down by all the new sign ups and returning users and was having some issues handling the load?
