Can I share my Blog links here?

Hey,
Does myLot allows us to share external links in our discussions? I recall that, earlier it was not allowed and doing so would cause a ban against the account.
I am not quite sure if the rules still persist or any modifications are made like limiting the number of external links shared in the discussions.
Can someone throw some light on this area?
