If you know your games, then you'd stay away from the slots as those are money suckers! Stick to the games that you know and you'll find a way to win in casinos.

Yes, if you want to throw money away, play the slot machines!

I went to a casino for the first time 2 yrs ago. This does not count a casino I went to on a cruise. I wasted about 20 bucks on the slots, and I had $20 left, so I played blackjack. I won $350! That was a cool day. That was the Hollywood Casino (used to be the Rising Sun). They have dealers that are also celebrity impersonators. The 2nd one I went to was Harrah's in Cherokee, NC. I lost it all, only $100. I have to learn to quit while I am ahead!

Casino is fun provided one knows when to stop. I had just one experience when I was touring the US. I earned a bit with my 20 dollars. Thus far and no more.

It is mainly a method to lose money, as a casino never collapses. I stay away of them. When I was a child I spent several holidays in Blackpool where I had some family (a great aunt who had married an English man). There were a lot of game machines on the piers and my uncle was not bad with some of them, needing more skill/agility to win than luck. He was often coming back with a pants pocket full of coins, but the coins had often disappeared from his pocket in the morning. It was the method of my aunt to tell him that one cannot win with game machines.
