How My Diet Diary Works

I have a food diary, as I am currently trying to slim down a bit. The only way for me to do that is with a low carb/low fat diet. Low grams that is. It's sort of a diabetic diet, which I have heard is the best weight loss diet. My diary/list goes like this: Calories--Total.fat/Sat.fat--Carbs So there's four addition columns! And an entry looks like this: 200--05/01--10 My goal for a day is: 1200-1500--less than 65/less than 20--less than 100-150 Daily recommended allowances for a woman are 2000--65/20--300. How about you? Are you at this time dieting? Do you keep any sort of food or diet diary? Wish me 'luck' ;) Just call me diet nerd!

The easiest diet for me to follow is one that limits fat but lets me eat lots of protein and carbs. I can't live without my carbs.

I am not into calorie counting or dieting, I have mainly raw veggies and fruits on my plate with some protein and very little carbs. I find this more sustainable for me.
