Be Reasonable when Going on a Diet

DO you go for fab dieting? Do you go for quick way to reduce weight and build a perfect body image that you dreamed of?
There is nothing wrong to stay healthy and do something about it but we must not become obsessed in doing so. Some people wish to have a perfect body while neglecting the dangers of not asking professional help first.
Unless a medical doctor tells you or advises you for health reason, fight the urge to go on a diet. If you are obese, then regular exercise and reduction of food is necessary to combat the disease. If you are not overweight, then you do not need to submit yourself into extreme diet programs that only make you feel hopeless and disappointed about your weight.

Exactly! Instead of going on a diet try to eliminate processed sugars and salt from your diet. By eliminating salt means select those food items that have low sodium in them. Go for organic fruits and vegetables. Restricting yourself completely is not the solution. Eat everything but in a balanced way.

I went off two days of not eating carbs, no rice at all, I felt like shaking the third day, I'm starving and felt so hungry, I swear I won't do it again.

@Katriona_22 - You could lose wait but you need to balance your diet and health and of course energy levels, as you have to regularly study also.

I take light diet whenever I feel like. I do not believe in dieting of fasting or skipping meals. I would at least take one meal in a day. Yes, exercise is best way to burn our energies and for it we could do loosening up exercises or could go for a morning or evening walk (whichever suits us).
