Are Earnings Automatically added?

Hey, Since am still learning the ropes here, i wonder if earnings are automatically added to your balance or does it take sometime to reflect on your balance?

They are updated several times per day, but are not instant. In the previous interface the balance was updated only once per day.

Earnings are updated about once an hour, according to the earnings FAQ page. You might want to try reading that. It has a lot of good information that you should know.
